The artistic culture of the Upper West Side seems to permeate all
aspects of life in this part of town. Home to Lincoln Center, the largest
performing arts complex in the world, and nestled between the Hudson River
and Central Park, the Upper West Side strikes a perfect harmony of culture
and serenity. The cost of living here is high but then, so is the quality
of life.
A more affordable Upper West Side exists in the high 90’s to low
100’s, where expensive housing is interspersed with moderate/low income
residents. The area from the low 90’s through Lincoln Center in the 60’s is
filled with pricey brownstones and high rises, and its convenience to
midtown businesses makes it attractive to professionals. And the wonderful
